CAR RP-3020 係本公司新研發汽車專用撥水劑，具有一般矽油的平滑光亮效 果，更大幅提升比一般矽產品更優異的撥水功能及耐久性。廣泛的使用於皮革， 塗料，汽車美容等。

由於 CAR RP-3020 具有優異的平滑光亮、提升及極佳的撥水效果，故使用於 乳蠟製品中，更能有效提升乳蠟之滑度(延展性)及光澤感，改善蠟膜之耐久性以 及漆面的撥水效果。

CAR RP-3020 為弱酸性產品(PH5.5±1)，應避免與鹼性物質並用。

CAR RP-3020 外觀為透明淡藍色液體。(如欲著色時，請注意 PH 事項，及相溶 性)。

CAR RP-3020 為高濃度產品，以清水做任何比例稀釋。須注意存放的防腐時間。

單獨使用於撥水功能時，建議(分段)在噴灑，塗抹藥劑後，即刻以清水沖掉，以 免藥劑過度反應後，不易整平，浪費時間與體力。

稀釋倍份較大時，塗抹，噴灑完畢後，可延後清洗的時間。

CAR RP-3020 不建議使用於擋風玻璃上，以免施工不良影響行車安全。

CAR RP-3020 is an one-component user-friendly coating system for smooth surfaces such as glass and glazed ceramic. Scope of application Product Properties and Benefits to the User Treatment of windshields：

• Better visibility in the rain, particularly on throughways and rural roads
• In winter: obviates time-consuming de-icing
• In summer: insect splatter easier to remove

Easy-to-clean glass components of shower stalls, sanitary ceramics：

• Lime and soap residues easy to remove
• Aggressive cleaning agents are not needed. A wet cloth is generally sufficient.

Easy-to-clean surfaces on other glass objects (e.g. greenhouses, canopies, skylights, etc.)：

• The cleaning cycle is extended.
• Less cleaning agent is needed.
• Dirt is easier to remove.

Use on Smooth Inorganic Surfaces (e.g. Glass, Ceramic）

Application Procedure：

• Do not apply the product at temperatures below 10℃
• Do not expose surfaces to be treated to sunlight.
• Make sure that the surface is not hot.
• Provide adequate ventilation and fresh air.

Before application the surface has to be cleaned! The optimum temperature for the treatment is 15-25 °C.

Cleaning the Surface In order to permit sufficient chemical bonding of CAR RP-3020 to the substrate, the surfaces have to be carefully cleaned before the application. The long-term stability and abrasion resistance of the coating depends on how well CAR RP-3020 is chemically bonded. The surfaces to be treated can be cleaned with a commercial glass cleane r. After that they should be polished until the surface is dry
